Saratoga

Each town had many different "comparsas". These are sort of brass bands and their devils which one would follow around town as they blocked roads and stopped at several invites at peoples houses. Huge barrels of saratoga, a fruity alcoholic concoction, were offered at each invite. The comparsa with all its followers would stay and dance until all the drink was finished. The the rabble would then move on to another invitation across town and so on all night. Everyone carryed around their vessel for filling up from the filthy barrels of Saratoga.

"Saratoga" was having a good effect on the driver of this vehicle....
